First of all, I would like to thank you all for the mutual trust and cooperation in our business relations over the past year.
The year was strongly influenced by the changes in approval processes for rolling stock in Germany. These changes have opened up new opportunities for collaboration with our manufacturing customers (keyword: Designated Body). Another highlight in the past year was the presentation of our first certificate as a DeBo/AsBo and NoBo at InnoTrans in Berlin, showing that we had succeeded in the targeted implementation of a new, future-oriented process.
The opening of the first sections of the Marmaray line in Istanbul further demonstrated that we have the right team of experts for large-scale projects and can successfully manage all technical disciplines for a metro line.
We will continue on this path in 2015 and expand our international activities – particularly in Asia, South America, Turkey and Scandinavia – to ensure that we can offer you customised services tailored to your needs throughout the world. This also includes the subject of IT security, which will become even more important in the future. Since 2014, our service portfolio has also covered the safety and security of critical infrastructures. We aim to support you against the increasing risks of cyber-attacks.
I wish you all a successful business year 2015 and look forward to further exciting and successful projects with you.
