Online Graduate Development Programme
This award winning innovative programme was developed in conjunction with CIBSE. It covers all MEP and sustainability disciplines and provides structured learning, which is flexible to suit the individual’s needs and pace. It complements and supports formal external study and is driven by the student. Each student is given a dedicated mentor, who supports and monitors progress and provides relevant project work and practice. Modules are selected to suit the individual’s training needs, and each module comes with its own evaluation test.
This specially designed programme for TÜV SÜD Real Estate, aids personal and professional development of participants. The Outlook programme brings together a select group of Engineers/Senior Engineers from across the TÜV SÜD Real Estate business, to attend three, 2-day workshops. Each programme involves individuals who have been selected by their Director, as showing a positive attitude and genuine potential to develop.

Next Generation Programme
This specially designed programme for TÜV SÜD Real Estate, will help develop the next generation of business leaders. The Next Generation programme brings together a select group of Associates from across the TÜV SÜD Real Estate business, to attend a 2-day workshop, which is held on a quarterly basis. Each programme involves individuals who have been selected by their Director, as showing a positive attitude and genuine potential to develop. Access to the programme is based purely on merit. The programme will develop delegates leadership and management competences, challenge traditional thinking, improve collaboration and develop their strategic thinking.
