The proposed scheme involves the redevelopment of the Eden Walk Shopping Centre to provide a mixed use development on the existing site which currently consists of; shopping centre, a multi-storey car park, cinema, a commercial office block and residential units throughout. The majority of the existing development will be demolished and rebuilt to accommodate the new mixed use scheme.

The scheme will be designed to achieve a high level of energy performance through a combination of passive and energy efficient measures. The building services engineering approach has kept healthy living at its core where the living spaces are warm in the winter, cool in the summer and comfortable all year round.
