This mixed use regeneration project comprises of 125,000 ft2 of retail spaces anchored by two 60,000 ft2 Marks & Spencer and Boots stores, a 190 bed 4 star Hilton operated hotel within a 23 storey tower and 429 PRS apartments across two 30 & 34 storey towers. The scheme is the focal point of the regeneration of Woking Town Centre. The design links to an off-site heating and chilled water energy centre, providing apartments with heating. air-conditioning and central electrical private wire and CHP provision. New underground infrastructure has been designed to provide future connections to future developments in Woking town centre.
Additional car parking will be provided by upgrading the existing car parks as well as creating a new car parking floor for the hotel. The new development will include a covered open plan courtyard which will link the existing Peacock Bandstand shopping mall entrance and the Wosley Place shopping Mall to the new development.
The development is being designed to meet with BREEAM Good standards.
