Dean Taylor has worked in the lift industry for over 17 years, starting off as an apprentice service engineer, working his way up to lead lift installation engineer and Business Director for one of the leading independent lift companies within the southwest were he was responsible for ensuring continued positive turnover and growth through all departments which were, Installation, servicing and repairs.
Dean joined TUV SUD in November 2018 as Regional Director for the Southwest, which is a newly formed region within the business stream. Dean and his team of consultants have been tasked to grow the southwest region and ensure consistency for our current customer base. They will also work side by side with the other regions on national contracts to contractual duties are adhered too.
Dean has extensive experience in servicing, refurbishments, installation’s customer service and project management. He has a confident and outgoing personality which is key to his success in liaising and building relationships with other team member and clients. An enthusiastic team member and leader who establishes effective relationships with internal and external members creating a successful working environment and ensuring tight deadlines are met. He prides himself on being a team player who always goes that extra mile.
