A significant £35M extension to the successful landmark retail development in Glasgow. This project will include an M&S anchor store, 18 extra retail units, multiplex cinema and 6 restaurants.
As would be expected with a development of this magnitude, considerable efforts have been made to reinforce the utility services infrastructure to the area. We are also incorporating an 850kW, 55m high wind turbine into the project designs, which is expected to contribute 1,750,000KWH of renewable energy to the area per year. This equates to over 17% of the extra electricity used, and an annual saving of 740,000kg CO2 per year.
