Prime Four is based on innovative and sustainable architecture tailored specifically for the energy sector. It has a quality environment both internally and externally for the occupants, providing improved services and employment for the local community and underpinning Aberdeen's status as Europe's energy capital.
The Prime Four site occupies a highly strategic location adjacent to the proposed AWPR (Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route) and the existing park and ride facility.
This first phase of Prime Four roughly covers the area from the A944 on the south to the Home Farm access track on the north. The eastern boundary follows the current park and ride boundary.
Remaining phases include a central focal point for the site, where small scale retail space, a hotel and restaurant uses will be located. This area will be known as 'The Hub'.
We have also designed and managed the significant utilities infrastructure required to service the park including Gas Water Electricity & Telecommunications, these being procured through a multi-utility single contract approach reaping both commercial and programme benefits.
All the office buildings will be BREEAM accredited with a mixture of targets from Very Good to Excellent. We have managed the BREEAM process through a series of Workshops and a live tracker document which collates all the credits & charts progress with gaining evidence.
