Collegelands is a 13 acre site to the east of Glasgow City Centre consisting of mixed use developments.
A multi storey car park is being provided for on site parking as well as commuter traffic.
The car park is an 1170 space development for operation by City Parking. It is a steel frame construction. The lower levels have mechanically assisted ventilation provided by impulse fans. The upper levels are naturally ventilated.
Provision is made for the future installation of the vehicle management system by the car park operator.
