The webinar programme for the second half of 2018 has been finalised. Building on the success of previous events, it will provide a structured programme of international knowledge transfer activities that will have a strong focus on key industry concerns such as standards development, clean fuels, testing at operating conditions, and digital modelling.
“We are continuing to focus on issues that are of importance to industry,” says Marketing Communications Executive, Marietta Hughes. “At the same time, we are aiming to highlight the significant developments that are taking place at NEL.”
Upcoming webinars will offer expert training in flow measurement standards, an overview of NEL’s new Advanced Multiphase Facility and calibrating at service conditions. These webinars will be delivered by NEL consultants, including one of the leading experts in flow measurement standards, Dr Michael Reader-Harris and world-renowned multiphase flow authority, Dr Bruno Pinguet.
“Later in the year and through to 2019, we will also be presenting our latest research on clean fuels, LNG, and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis,” adds Marietta.
The webinar programme is delivered live by NEL consultants and researchers. It provides the opportunity for participants to remotely access information and training on a wide range of key flow metrology issues, all of which have a strong, practical industry focus.
The new schedule follows on from the success of the last webinar programme. Over the past year, over 1,000 participants, drawn from over 50 countries, have taken part in the events.
