New: Operator presentations accompanying all technical sessions
October 22 – 24, Aberdeen
Booking Now Open
Flow measurement techniques and technologies underpin the entire E&P process, from determining the viability of a field to operating it safely.
As industry demands ever more efficient operations and marginal fields become the norm, the need to monitor and measure fluids has become increasingly important.
Attendees at the annual North Sea Flow Measurement Workshop will take part in discussions and debate about the application of existing technology in challenging environments, new developments, standards, legislation and the latest research. Exhibitors will be showcasing their new technologies and will be available to discuss the relative merits of their products and services.
The event alternates between UK and Norway and is being held this year, for the first time ever, in Aberdeen.
Also new for 2018 is the introduction of Operator Overviews. Each technical session will be introduced by a presentation given by a leading technical authority from an Operator. Confirmed speakers include BP, TAQA, Total, Nexen and ConocoPhillips, with three more to be announced.
Session topics include:
- Maintenance Optimisation
- Operational Strategy
- Field Development
- Value Realisation
- New Technology
- Risk Mitigation
